The Lebanese singer Haifa Wehbe assured that the latest news concerning her daughter Zainab are false. Haifa denied all the reports which claimed that her daughter Zainab is pregnant. The reports also stated that Zainab refused to share the happy news with her mother and that she will not allow Haifa come near her child. Haifa who was repulsed by these allegations responded by saying that her daughter Zainab is only 14 years old and it will be unreasonable to be married and to give birth at such a young age.

Oscar winning Sandra Bullock was keeping a pleasant secret for the past 3 months, a newborn son called Louis. The 45 year old actress revealed to People magazine that she and her husband Jesse James began the adoption process 4 years ago and brought Louis home in January but they decided to keep the adoption secret until after the Oscars. Ten days after winning the Oscar Sandra discovered that her husband was cheating on her thus she postponed announcing the news. Sandra is now filling for divorce and planning to raise the child as a single mother.

Her Majesty Queen of Jordan Rania Al Abdullah launched a new children’s book, “The Sandwich Swap”, at the United Nations Bookshop at United Nations Headquarters in New York. The book raises awareness about the importance of mutual respect and cross-cultural understanding among children and youth. The story is a fable about friendship and tolerance across cultural lines. It is the tale of two school friends Lily and Salam who find the difference in other’s lunch weird and disagreeable. The warmed-hearted story ends with the two girls trading sandwiches…”It all began with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich…and it ended with a hummus and pitta sandwich”. Queen Rania, who read the story aloud to schoolchildren at the UN’s bookshop, said that the English-language text will – “inshallah” – soon be available in Arabic.

Tamer Hosni’s bodyguards beat a Lebanese photographer because he insulted Amr Diab and Sherine Abdel Wahab. To those who believed this fairy-tale headline we will try to provide you with some facts that may come in handy in case you want to know the truth about the whole issue. Tamer Housni was enjoying his time with Samir Ghanem and a bunch of female fans at “Shah” a club in Mono Street, Beirut. The Lebanese photographer, Salah Shaikho, happened to be there so he decided to take pictures of his favorite singer and Tamer did not mind since he already knows Salah and has sat for an interview with him in the past. Tamer was standing on the couch dancing with one of his female fans and Salah was taking photos of the whole scene upon Tamer’s request. However, when Tamer and his female fan got engaged in a kissing scene, the Egyptian star then realized that such pictures could destroy his image if ever leaked. Tamer then politely asks Saleh to delete the photos which what Saleh did but tamer then asked him for the memory card and the camera but Saleh refused to give away his 3000 $ camera. Tamer’s bodyguard then started beating him, leaving him with broken teeth and ribs. Saleh stormed to a police station in Ashrafieh and reported Tamer. When Tamer arrived he did not deny Saleh’s accusations and promised that he will turn the camera back and he will pay for his dental treatment. Salah is now working on getting the deleted pictures from his memory card maybe this way everyone will know that the case has nothing to do with Amr Diab or Sherine. Tamer made this story up because the real version would put him into a lot of troubles.

We have recently been told by our own sources that the Lebanese Star Academy 6 students Tania Nemer and Michel Azzi are no longer in a relationship for an unknown reason. During their one year rocky relationship, the two went through many ups and downs but they have always managed to overcome the obstacles. Will this be the end of Tania and Michel’s great love story? Or will we eventually witness their fairy-tale wedding?

The Lebanese star Yara has separated from her 6 years manager Tarek Abou Jaoude. According to some media reports, Yara and Tarek were involved in a business and romantic relation which Yara denied several times. Problems have started, when Tarek decided to adopt a new talent. Yara was against the idea of sharing her manager with a new young lady, thus she forced him to choose between the two. Tarek refused to back out from his decision which lead to the separation.

The Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram announced, in a magazine interview that she had completed recording her new album which will be released this summer. Nancy stated during the interview that there is no conflict between her and the star Haifa Wehbe. She also responded to Haifa when she blamed her and the star Najwa Karam because of their Fan Clubs’ attacks against her on the internet. Nancy said that her fans are like her they harm no one and mind their own business.

The Lebanese star Haifa Wehbe and the Egyptian business man Ahmad Abou Hashima will celebrate their one year anniversary in a Lebanese hotel among family and friends. Haifa hoped that next year she celebrates her second anniversary with a baby on her arms. We should note that the star Haifa will be the guest of the eight prime of Star Academy 7, this Friday.

Another intense horror movie match is coming this October with the release of Paranormal Activity 2 and Saw 7 in 3D. Paranormal Activity, which was made for 15 thousand dollars, smashed Saw 6 last October making 190 million dollars at the boxoffices. However, Saw 7 will be released in 3D which might give it an advantage over Paranormal Activity. We should note that Paranormal Activity is not based on a true story. According to writer/director Oren Peli, he got the idea for the movie after he and his girlfriend bought their first house together. At night, the house could be heard creaking, causing little noises and things to fall off shelves and break. These incidents gave him the idea to write “Paranormal Activity”. The director wanted to make it seem more real, like a documentary so he filmed it at his own house with his own camera.
